well I should be back in action in the next 2 weeks, got my last injection on the 18th june, hopefully I shall be able to use both arms hands and fingers and so forth, I really miss you guys, see you soon.

HOSPITAL today last time for opperation lets hope for the 3rd time now they can UNFREEZE my arm!amazed

Just got back from hospital had my anaesthetic, my arm is like viagra its sooooooooooooooo stiff lets hope in the next couple of days I shall be ok, and my traped nerve has gone, looking at my chances just like England tonight, "I AM NOT TO SURE"..
